These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wheelmandu, including our website, mobile experience, and any related services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wheelmandu, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nepal to post listings, run advertisements, or transact on Wheelmandu. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wheelmandu.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Wheelmandu is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
4. Listing Rules
All listings must be for vehicles you legally own or are authorised to sell. You agree to provide accurate information about make, model, year, mileage, condition, and price. Listings that contain misleading details, stolen vehicles, or fraudulent information will be removed and may result in account suspension.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringes on someone else's intellectual property, or promotes competing platforms. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against the account.
6. Fees & Payments
Browsing and listing on Wheelmandu is free. Paid services such as Facebook boost campaigns and featured placements are billed as described on the relevant service page. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except where required by Nepalese consumer law.
7. Transactions Between Users
Wheelmandu is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Any agreement, payment, or handover is strictly between the buyer and the seller. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the ability of sellers to complete a sale.
8. Vehicle Inspections & Documentation
We strongly recommend that buyers arrange an independent mechanical inspection and verify all vehicle documents (Bluebook, tax receipts, insurance, loan clearance) before completing a purchase. Wheelmandu offers optional inspection services but is not responsible for issues discovered after a sale is closed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Wheelmandu — including the Wheelmandu name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheelmandu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from vehicle transactions, listing errors, or service interruptions.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Wheelmandu after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
